AXICHECK

AxiCheck is a Marposs software package featuring a graphic interface that has been created to analyse the state of health of 3 and 5 axes machines: automatic periodic functional checks are important for guaranteeing the continued production efficiency of a machine tool, while allowing any necessary maintenance work to be planned in advance. In fact, repetitive reworking and reject parts increase the duration of the process greatly, resulting in significant losses from an economic point of view.

DESCRIPTION

AxiCheck is the Marposs software solution that permits the user to plan machine tool maintenance operations: designed for use on 3 and 5 axes machines, it is capable of monitoring and optimising the performance of the rotating axes (5 Ax) while detecting any deterioration in the machine’s linear axes (3 Ax) in real time.

Designed and developed to be installed on a PC, AxiCheck analyses the data acquired using Marposs high precision probes and elaborates them in graph form: once the Marposs measurement macros have been executed, the resulting information is transferred to the PC where AxiCheck is installed.
