Monitoring part machining process on gear wheel grinders and sharpeners has always been a particularly exacting operation, since such components typically have very narrow tolerances and involve complex geometries, such as cutting edge profiles. Thanks to the use of piezoelectric technology, T25P reads the machine axes coordinates automatically in order to guarantee excellent metrological performance when checking parts on sharpeners and grinders.

Furthermore, the probe settings may be varied depending on the type of application, the type of stylus in use and the level of vibration present in the machine.
