Eddy current electronics, designed for non destructive inspection (NDT) to solve quality issue of metallic materials, suitable to find presence of superficial defects and to verify the material properties of the tested component.

DESCRIPTION

Marposs' range of electronic units designed for non-destructive tests consist of two lines of equipment:

  • the E59N and E70S electronic units designed to test the structure of the material (hardness) and its integrity (surface)
  • the E70T electronic unit designed to test the threading presence without contact

The E59N and E70S electronic units are modular and can manage 1 to 12 channels simultaneously for integrated structure and integrity tests.

The E70T electronic units are modular from 1 to 4 channels and feature a simple operator interface that reduces the system setup operations to a minimum.
