M-EET MARPOSS BENCH AT THE FOREFRONT OF INNOVATION

The continuous search for high energy performance in energy storage and conversion systems has required more and more in-depth studies of the materials that make up batteries. In this field, Marposs has developed the M-EET, an instrument capable of characterizing the dilatometric behavior of anode and cathode materials in different configurations and recreating real battery operating conditions.

After selling and installing one of these instruments in the laboratory of the research group for the development of energy storage materials last August, Professor Sonia Dsoke, head of the group, invited us to organize a seminar to explain the potential of our instrument to the entire Ulm Institute.

The seminar was organized in mixed mode: indeed, there were about 20 people in the room where it was held; in addition, more than 100 people from the Ulm Institute were remotely connected via Zoom. The audience was entirely composed of researchers, in various capacities, or technicians from university laboratories.

Marposs is thus part of a strategy of prioritizing innovation by giving the horizontal transmission of knowledge and skills a place of choice with partners of excellence.
