The Leakbox is designed on leading edge embedded technology, the ARM industrial-grade platform and a high performance pneumatic circuit to fit the most severe requests in the leak test market.
Using a low-power processor and optimized pneumatic components, this diskless leak tester provides a very compact, economic and no compromise solution for any shop-floor environment.
The Leakbox unit is available in a basic configuration with one relative transducer, or in a more sophisticated version with a high precision differential transducer; both manual or automatic pressure regulators are also available.
PERFORMANCE and CONNECTIVITY
The Leakbox uses high performance pressure transducers providing up to 0.1Pa resolution in air pressure decay test, with 0.5% FS of total accuracy.
Connectivity is the best in its class with 2 USB, 1 Ethernet and an RS232 port as standard with the options of a field-bus interface and additional RS232 port upon request. The RS232 ports allow data collection towards peripheral devices, while bar code readers and industrial printers are easily supported.
The system always stores the last 1000 checked parts without any user intervention or backup procedure.
