MERLIN NEW FEATURES

Merlin embedded gage computer, presented for the first time during the last Control exhibition, has already reached an excellent level of acceptance from the market and now it adds some features with the target of satisfying more customer's needs.

DigiCrown
Using the built-in RS232 port, the system can manage a network of Marposs digital acquisition probes. Typical features of these measuring devices, like wide range with automatic linearity correction and automatic recognition of the probes, allow to increase the easiness of Merlin software.

Input/Output signals
Interfacing Easy Box U8IO, Merlin is able to manage acquisitions using external 24Vdc signals, perform selection of part type and command resume lamps to display part status.

Data export
Based on operator request or scheduled by parts or time interval, Merlin software is able to export files with acquired values through the company network or to USB flash memory.

Multiple users
Two users with different rights to protect sensitive data. Password protection can be enabled.

Japanese language
Complete management of Japanese language inside Merlin software with fully translated human interface and three virtual keyboards for all the possible inputs. Other Asian languages will be available.
