Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Regulation (EU) 2024/2847

As provided by the Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act - CRA) approved on 10 December 2024, products with digital elements covered by CRA  (Cf. Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 Art.2.1 <<...the intended purpose or reasonably foresee use of which includes a .... data connection to a device or network.>>), sold in the EU market must be secure by-design and throughout their entire lifecycle. It requires manufacturers to ensure that products are resilient against cyber threats, address vulnerabilities, and can be kept secure throughout their operational life.
The regulation will apply to any product placed on the market from 11 December 2027 and, from that date, the CE marking of the product will ensure compliance with the regulation of the product itself.
Marposs places strong attention on the cybersecurity of its products and has begun implementing a plan to adapt both its production chain and the products themselves to meet the numerous requirements imposed by the regulation, even before the regulation came into force.
We are tackling the challenge of complying with the deadline of December 11, 2027 since we are constantly committed to ensuring that our products are and can be kept secure and compliant with the applicable regulations in force.
