Responsibilities
Operating 5-axis multi task turning / milling machine :
Set up the cutting tools, positioning and clamping of workpiece and machining parameters.
Achieve part machining according to the already made CAD-CAM, while respecting the requirements of production.
To intervene upstream of the production to suggest the most efficient manufacturing process.
Control the parts produced to ensure the requested quality.
Identify equipment malfunctions and apply corrective measures.
Provide preventive maintenance, first-level curative equipment.
Profile
You are meticulous and careful to provide quality work.
5-10 years experience in 4/5 axis numerical control turning / milling machine, in the field of precision mechanics
CAD-CAM knowledge appreciated
Skills in use and programming Fanuc CN
Reading and understanding of drawings
