Position:
Inventory Control Lead
Location: Auburn Hills, MI - United States
Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates day-to-day inventory and stockroom operations
- Ensures accurate tracking and control of inventory levels
- Verifies minimum and maximum inventory levels and submits replenishment requests to the buyer
- Provides backup support to the shipping department, including shipment setup through UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Acts as backup to the receiving clerk and assists with timely and accurate processing of incoming goods
- Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom environment
- Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Experience in inventory control, materials, shipping, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Reliable, accountable, and process-driven mindset
