High Precision CNC Machine Technician

Responsibilities

The position is based at the Bentivoglio Production Facility, specifically in the Workshop department, which is the primary internal supplier of precision components for the manufacture of our products.

The role, which is part of a high-tech and innovative work environment, involves the control, programming, setup and maintenance of machine tools (in particular lathes, milling machines and grinding machines) to produce mechanical components with extremely tight dimensional tolerances.

After an in-depth phase of learning about and training on the machines used in the company, you will begin to deal with setting and configuring programs and parameters, assembling tools, fixing parts, and managing the production cycle up to the final verification of tolerances using precision measuring instruments.

Profile

Candidates with an industrial technical diploma and/or relevant professional training and specialization courses will be considered; knowledge, even minimal, of control systems and CAM software, knowledge and ability to work with tolerances down to the micron.

In addition, we are looking for people with good manual skills, preferably with a few years of previous experience in workshop environments, able to read mechanical drawings and with good interpersonal skills to work in a team and in constant contact with other members of the work group.
