Position:
Field Service Engineer
Location: Indiana Area - United States
Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Positively influences customer satisfaction through the installation, support, and conduct training on site
- Uses enhanced troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues.
- Works per the Service Manager's schedule and must be available to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies.
- Stays current on technical knowledge through participation on training programs, reading technical bulletins from Marposs databases, or other means available.
- Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reports on service work performed and expenses.
Requirements:
- 2 year degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of PCs and ability to learn our software
- Ability to read blue prints and schematic
- Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- Good driving record
- Extensive traveling in Indiana and Midwest area is required
