Become part of our team in the Machine Tool Systems business unit at our location in Weinstadt-Endersbach (Greater Stuttgart area) as a
Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) - Focus: Monitoring systems on machining centres -

Your tasks – varied and technically challenging
•    Installation of monitoring systems as part of retrofits and presentations – directly at the machine manufacturer or end customer
•    Training of users in the safe and efficient operation of our systems
•    Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in sensors, systems and installations (PLC interface, NC programmes, drive data, operation)
•    Evaluation of machines and processes if they influence system function
•    Close cooperation with product management: feedback on errors, customer requirements and technical improvement opportunities
•    Sales support in the design of systems and technical advice to customers

Your profile – technically skilled and customer-oriented
•    Completed training as an industrial electronics technician or industrial mechatronics technician
•    Professional experience in the field of machine tools or machining, ideally as a setter or commissioning engineer
•    In-depth PLC knowledge (Siemens, Fanuc) and NC expertise
•    Very good German skills and solid English skills
•    Independent, structured way of working and professional manner with customers
•    Willingness to travel extensively within Germany (occasionally to neighbouring EU countries)
•    Class B driving licence
•    Ideally, residence in southern Germany
