CCS SERIES

The CCS Controllers allow measurements of great precision without contact and without risk of alteration of the parts.

Very high resolution distance and thickness measurement on all types of surfaces and materials including reflective surfaces.

The thickness measurement on glass or transparent films is carried out with a single CCS Controller and a single high precision sensor head and a maximum measurement frequency of 2 to 10 kHz and a submicronic accuracy.

Compatible with all STIL MARPOSS sensor heads: CL-MG, OP, ENDO, EVEREST… having a performance adapted to each measurement range.

DESCRIZIONE

The CCS controllers SERIES are made up of different models (1 or 2 or even 4 Mutliplexed channels) which, in combination with the huge variety of STIL MARPOSS Point sensor heads, allow to offer excellent metrological performance (up to nanometer).

Built with the highest quality standards since 2005, CCS SERIES are robust and reliable product suitable for use in an industrial environment as in labs.

This reference is available at maximum 2000Hz with CCS PRIMA and until 10000 Hz with CCS OPTIMA+ in order to provide solutions in multiple application contexts and on every kind of surface reflectivity as transparent or opaque, shiny or diffusing

CCS Controllers are available in two versions: CCS PRIMA SERIES and CCS OPTIMA+
CCS PRIMA is available with 1, or 2 or 4 multiplexed channels

For dedicated application as Glass Thickness Measurement, CCS PRIMA+ offer higher light power level.

For OEM integration, CCS PRIMA is available in CCS BOXLESS version.
