描述
The bulk objects (screws or nails) are loaded into the hopper by the operator without stopping the machine. The objects are fed and handled piece by piece throughout the measuring stations thanks to a robotized system.
Firstly, an air blow removes the dust from the surface of the object and a secondary camera system checks the orientation of the same part.
The integrated Optoflash verifies the profile of the object in two steps, one for each vertical orientation of the part. Results of the inspections data are collected.
Finally, the object is functionally tested according to the recipe preferences to check the esternal thread, the internal thread and the spanner (any of these if present) thanks to different operations where is monitored the vertical movement and the torque. The tests data are collected.
The objects are gathered selectively in the goods parts box or in different boxes as per their failed check.
