ELETTROSYSTEM BECOMES PART OF THE MARPOSS GROUP
AN ACQUISITION WHICH ENRICHES THE MARPOSS OFFER IN THE AREA OF INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS
On May 28th, 2018 Marposs acquired control over Elettrosystem s.r.l., an Italian company based in Scurzolengo (AT), active in the field of automation, assembling and industrial testing.
Founded in 1980 and currently counting on a team composed of 60 engineers and experts, Elettrosystem became an internationally known player in the field of industrial automation and robotics. The Company will now have the opportunity to benefit from the global presence of Marposs sales and after sales network.
This acquisition is part of the strategy defined in recent years aimed to support the Group's growth by integrating applications and products complementary to our traditional solutions.
