MARPOSS Italia - Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

For our commercial division Marposs Italia site in Bentivoglio (Bo), we are looking for a Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all communication and marketing activities in their area of expertise, ensuring the local implementation of the global strategy defined by Corporate Marketing and overseeing all fundamental aspects of the company's CRM.

In particular, they will be responsible for the following activities:

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate and manage all communications and marketing activities within your area of responsibility, ensuring local implementation of the global strategy defined by Corporate Marketing.
  • Plan and organise trade fairs, open houses and customer events, managing budgets, logistics, partnerships and on-site operational activities.
  • Manage relations with industry media in collaboration with local PR agencies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Provide marketing support to sales teams, developing tools and materials consistent with head office guidelines.
  • Contribute to business development by proactively identifying potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities and monitor campaign performance.
  • Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Manage the marketing budget and monitor results.
  • Promote and disseminate a marketing-oriented culture within the organisation.

CRM management:

  • Monitor the level of adoption and quality of data within the sales network.
  • Proactively engage the sales force, monitoring key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns, visit reports and sales opportunities.
  • Manage the lead management process and design local marketing campaigns through the CRM platform.

Profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably in industrial contexts.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems and lead generation processes.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
