Optocloud S is an all-in-one benchtop scanner specifically designed for industrial applications. It is a simple and intuitive system for any operator, built with a robust metallic structure to protect and safeguard the optical architecture from external disturbances or accidental collisions.
Available in a single or multi-laser configuration and equipped with a high-precision rotary axis, the system measures dozens of features at the same time, even on tricky geometries or different materials. Each laser is carefully configured to scan only volume of interest for the measurement, that means no wasted time scanning irrelevant sections, faster reconstruction and high-quality point cloud. More than a simple scaling in size, the entire optical architecture is specifically set to the real customer’s parts, even in case of multiple part types, without the need of costly retooling. Each part type is equipped with its own fixture, ensuring fast e repeatable positioning under the scanner, even during high-volume loading and unloading operations.
