Area Manager - PIEMONTE
We are looking for a professional to join our Technical Sales team within our Turin office.
Following an initial training period at our headquarters in Bentivoglio, the Area Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director, will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio in the Piedmont region.
The purpose of the role is to strengthen Marposs' presence in the territory, develop new business opportunities, and support customers in identifying the technological solutions best suited to their needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical and sales teams at the Headquarters and across other Marposs Group companies.
Requirements

Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields;

Experience gained in industrial environments, supported by a solid technical background;

Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level);

Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory and business trips to the Bentivoglio Headquarters and other Group companies;

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer-oriented skills;

Commercial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities;

Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar technical sales role within the mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic sectors will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, develop, and retain the customer portfolio within the Piedmont area;

Identify and acquire new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers;

Provide technical and commercial consulting to determine the most suitable Marposs solutions for customers' application requirements;

Manage commercial negotiations;

Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying new growth opportunities;

Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reporting on activities performed.
Compensation and Benefits
The candidate will be hired under the CCNL for Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation Employees. In compliance with Italian pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026) and based on actual industry experience, the position offers a Total Annual Compensation ranging from €40,000 to €47,000.
