Digital Marketing Professional

The candidate will play an active role in managing, developing, and optimizing the company’s digital ecosystem. One of the primary responsibilities will be to launch and refine the new website project, working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all digital platforms.
In addition to managing website-related activities, the candidate will contribute to defining and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy, leveraging data and analytics from campaigns, website performance, and activities on Google and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of a cohesive, comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and update the structure and content of the company website.
• Support the launch and development of the new website project.
• Create and optimize SEO-focused content.
• Coordinate website translations and external digital vendors.
• Define, monitor, and analyze website KPIs.
• Plan, manage, and monitor digital campaigns on relevant platforms.
• Analyze performance data from Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure consistency across digital initiatives.
Requirements
Essential requirements:
• At least five years of experience in digital marketing, web marketing, or digital communications.
• Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, digital campaigns, and data analysis.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
• B2-level English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite or other content creation tools.
• Previous experience at a marketing agency is a plus.
• Any certifications in English or other languages are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The candidate will be hired under a contract governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for employees in the Metalworking and Plant Installation Industry and will be classified, in accordance with wage transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026) and based on their actual experience in the sector, with a Total Annual Compensation ranging from €38,000 to €44,000.
