Optocloud S is a high-productivity benchtop 3D optical scanner designed for fast, accurate inspection of small flat, cylindrical, and complex components directly in production environments.
It enables multi-feature measurement in a single cycle, reducing inspection time while ensuring repeatable, metrology-grade results.

Optocloud S is an advanced optical measurement system that combines multiple laser profilometers, a high-precision rotary axis and an optimized optical architecture to perform complete 360° inspection of parts without repositioning.

In a single measuring cycle, the system acquires millions of data points from different angles of view, reconstructing the 3D geometry of the component in less than 30 seconds. This allows the simultaneous evaluation of dozens characteristics, even on complex or structured parts.
 
The optical configuration is specifically designed around part families, maximizing measuring range and accuracy while allowing flexibility across different models without costly setup changes.
Built for industrial use, Optocloud S guarantees robustness, long-term stability, and repeatability, making it suitable for both in-line and off-line quality controls.
 
The system supports manual loading or full robotic automation. In automated processes, measurement results can be transmitted directly to the customer’s network to support SPC, process optimization, and part rework, enabling closed-loop quality control and Industry 4.0 integration.
 
Optocloud S is particularly suitable for:
 
    Die-cast parts (housings, brackets, covers)
    Laminated, stamped or formed components (rotor and stator core packs, bent parts)
    Mechanical components (nuts, rings, similar parts)
    Assemblies (wound stators, rotors for industrial motors)
