Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR) is a key element of the European Union’s strategy to promote the principles of the circular economy and environmental sustainability. 

Marposs Group has launched the activities necessary to ensure compliance of its packaging with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR), including the assessment of packaging specifications, the collection and review of technical documentation, and the implementation of monitoring and compliance processes in accordance with the applicable regulatory deadlines.
