ELECTRICAL TEST OF BATTERY CELLS
Battery cells are being tested before the electrolyte filling or at the end of their assembly.
PRISMATIC BATTERY CELLS
A semi-automatic machine for pre-series production with low rate output, predisposed for manual or automatic part loading/unloading, to perform OCV, DCIR or ACIR (variable frequency), EIS on prismatic battery cells.
The monolithic machine is optionally equipped with a warehouse for cells classification.
CYLINDRICAL BATTERY CELLS
Automatic machine for in-line cylindrical battery cells assessment. The qualification is based on dimensional measurement , electrical insulation testing and leakage test of the can before electrolyte filling.

MODULES
A mass production small independent station to test modules performing insulation test and dielectric strength measurement, electrical continuity, OCV (even as discrete OCV of each cell), DCIR and ACIR, Pulse Power. The logic management unit is tested in terms of functional check of CMC/BMS, HVIL safe check.
PACKS
A mass production compact cabin where the pack can be positioned and automatically connected to perform electrical tests: insulation test and dielectric strength measurement, electrical continuity, OCV (even as discrete OCV of each cell of each module), DCIR and ACIR, configurable Pulse Power. Logic management testing to verify the BMS communication and the firmware flashing can be also included.
