What to Expect

  • As an assistant, you will independently support our sales team with organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Working closely with the sales team, you will prepare quotes for our customers and enter incoming orders into our ERP system. You will also follow up on CRM leads from trade shows and web inquiries, as well as marketing campaigns.
  • Your responsibilities will also include sales support activities such as actively reaching out to potential customers by phone and email, as well as coordinating and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
  • You will assist in the creation and professional preparation of presentation materials for our customers.
  • Furthermore, you will provide competent support to our customers and business partners both by phone and in writing.

What You Bring to the Table

  • You meet the necessary requirements thanks to your successfully completed vocational training in a business-related field or a comparable qualification.
  • You already have professional experience in a similar position - ideally at a technology-oriented company.
  • You confidently apply your excellent MS Office skills in your day-to-day work, ideally supplemented by knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • You are known for your open and trustworthy communication style and have excellent German and good English skills.
  • In addition to your organizational skills, you are known for your independent, meticulous, and reliable work ethic. Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with colleagues round out your profile.
