PROCESS MONITORING
GEM TP is a standalone solution for process anomaly detection, continuously monitoring power to identify tool breakage, missing tools, overload, and wear in real time, preventing workpiece damage and ensuring uninterrupted process control. Easily installable and CNC-independent, GEM TP supports multiple monitoring strategies, event logging, and data export.
When integrated with GEM CPU, GEM TP becomes a core component of the high-end Genior Modular system, enabling automatic monitoring strategies, multi-channel visualization, process comparison, and full documentation. This integration delivers complete, scalable process control for any machine tool or automated system.
PROBING
MUPS, the Marposs Ultra Probing System, is a wireless touch probe for cutting machine tools. It improves machining by enabling accurate part positioning and tool checking. Using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, MUPS ensures reliable communication without interference. Its compact and sturdy design works reliably even in tough machine conditions.
Among a wide range of no-contact tool setters, the flagship solution is VTS, Visual Tool SetterThis system measures tools on machining centers using an integrated micro-camera, capturing multiple images at different angular positions. It provides exceptionally precise measurements of tool length and diameter, down to tools as small as 10 microns.

MACHINE PROTECTION & CONTROL
GEM CMS is the collision monitoring solution that minimizes machine, tool, and workpiece damage by detecting both dynamic and quasi-static collisions in less than 1 ms, even during setup. By sensing structural deformation rather than just acceleration, GEM CMS ensures faster reactions, longer machine life, higher availability, and safe unattended operation. Event and process data are fully logged and exported for advanced analysis and Industry 4.0 integration, with no learning cycle required.
GEM VM complements the system by providing continuous vibration and acceleration monitoring for predictive maintenance and process supervision. It delivers reliable condition data and rapid stop signals, enabling scalable, flexible, and complete process protection across machine tools, robots, and automation systems.
MACHINE AXES VERIFICATION
AXICHECK is a Marposs software designed to monitor the health of rotary axes on 5-axis machines.
