DESCRIPTION

M50, M63 and M63ND are manual or automatic loading gauge stations developed to provide a solution for dimensional and geometrical measurements of brake discs, drums, or hubs.

The primary goal of car manufacturers is to guarantee the safest product possible.

A braking system requires a very high level of quality in terms of design and construction.

An accurate inspection to check that the dimensional and shape parameters are within the parameters specified in the drawings, along with a check that ensures the parts are free of cracks, porosity and pores; without the check, you cannot guarantee the suitability of parts for assembly.

The measurement results of the individual parts, as well as the statistical analysis to qualify production lots, are processed by the Marposs E9066™ industrial PC, equipped with Quick SPC™ software.

Brake Discs, Drums and Hubs

With this system, the checks can be performed in the final and inter-operational phases.

  • Guarantees comparable repeatability and accuracy of a metrological laboratory.
  • Perfectly able to check and certify the production of brake discs, drums and hubs.
