DESCRIPTION
The P1dme when connected to Marposs measuring heads can control the part dimensions in various types of grinding machines. The gauge measure the part stock removed during the grinding process. The operator can use the touch screen monitor for part status real time check and data programming. The gauge displays aslo the signals for the machine control system to manage the wheel feed. Thanks to the new intuitive human interface the daily operations of mastering and machine compensation are easy to perform.
Our range of systems are able to withstand the harsh process while being in direct contact with abrasive grit, metallic particles, cutting oils and aggressive coolants.

VERSIONS
P1dme is supplied as stand alone unit to be installed on the top of the machine or in a rack version shape to be integrated inside a machine’s panel. The gauge features can be adaped according to the application and part type.
