1.    The personal data relating to the access to this website (browsing data) shall be processed only for purposes of speeding and making your browsing of our website as effective as possible, as well as to protect the data and the information stored in our site, in accordance with the provisions of articles 31-36 of the Italian Privacy Code.

2.    The other personal data, i.e. any information related to your application for a job, submitted to us by filling the present form or by mailing us your Curriculum Vitae, shall be processed by employees of Marposs S.p.A. a Socio Unico and by employees of other companies of the Marposs Group (*) in the recruitment department with the utmost care, within the rules laid down by the Italian Privacy Code, in order to assess your skills and to evaluate your professional attitude with respect to possible future employment, and possible internal statistics. These data shall be stored with electronic or other means and media.
You are not obliged to submit to us your personal data, but if you only apply for employment without sending us any personal data we shall not be able to evaluate your Curriculum Vitae and we may not consider you for employment.

Your personal data shall be processed by employees of Marposs S.p.A. a Socio Unico and by employees of other companies belonging to the Marposs Group assigned to monitoring and managing our site. Your data shall also be accessible to suppliers who shall act in the capacity of Data Processors.
Any applicant who has sent her/his data and applied for a job in Marposs may exercise all of the rights referred to in articles 7-10 of the Italian Privacy Code, including the rights to receive information about the existence of personal data relating to her/him, and to request updating, correction, integration or cancellation of her/his personal data.
