TCI 1

CONDITIONING INTERFACE FOR LVDT AND HBT TRANSDUCERS

TCI 1 is a single-channel signal conditioning module for LVDT or HBT transducers, with analog output. Designed for measuring components suppliers and machine makers, it is used for direct connection of sensors to a PLC to carry out dimensional measurements or part positioning.
Thanks to its robustness, waterproofness (IP54 protection degree) and connection simplicity, it can be easily placed in the machine, while the possibility to connect a wide range of sensors allows to meet any application requirement.

TCI 1 module is directly fed by the PLC and can be supplied in the following versions:

• Version with dual filtered and stabilized ±15Vdc ±5% or ±12Vdc ±5% power supply.
• Version with single 24Vdc ±10% power supply.

Power supply connection: 7-pole male Lumberg connector (same as the output signal one).

TCI 1 module gives in output an analog signal proportional to the position of the transducer connected. It can be supplied with:

• voltage output with range ±5V
• voltage output with range ±10V
• with current output with range 4 to 20mA.

Output signal connection: 7-pole male Lumberg connector (same as the power supply one).

TCI 1 module can be supplied already set-up for use with MARPOSS full range of pencil probes or probes made by other OEM's manufacturers (for example Tesa, Solartron).
