MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC GAUGING STATION FOR MULTIDIMENSIONAL AND ND INSPECTION OF ROLLER BEARING COMPONENTS

M112 is a complete line of convertible gauges suitable for the dimensional and ND checks of the Roller Bearings Components (inner race, outer race) during the inter-operational and/or final stages of the machining process.

The gauges are equipped with the following components:

• Modular base for measuring station and retraction unit
• Standard self-centering measuring cells for bearings applications with single, double or triple transducer
• ND (non destructive) checks  
• Mechanical device for part reference (nosepiece, mandrels)
• Static/dynamic/scanning measurement cycle
• Protection guards and safety devices
• Full range of automation for loading/unloading devices

This equipment is used along with an industrial PC E9066T .
