What you can expect
- Supporting the management with legal issues
- Contract review (in German and English)
- Preparation and administration of non-disclosure agreements
- Project management and project controlling for cross-company and cross-departmental projects such as the introduction of CRM, ERP, e-business, risk management and compliance systems
- B2B administration, support with digital business processes
- Assumption of special commercial tasks
- Investment controlling of associated companies
- Support with quarterly planning and reporting
- Preparation of special business analyses and various statistics
- Profit centre analyses and evaluations
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed studies in economics (ideally specialising in controlling or business law) or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a comparable field, preferably in industry or mechanical engineering
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, experience with an ERP system
- Structured and independent way of working
