What you can expect

  • Deployment planning of our service technicians for our sales territory Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic, in some cases also worldwide deployment planning 
  • Coordinating and providing service technicians with the necessary technical and organisational data for in-process, leak testing and electrical testing technology products
  • Communication, control and deployment planning with national and international sales staff for new products to be commissioned (from the areas of in-process, leak testing and electrical testing technology)
  • Creation of service tickets for the deployment planning of the various service technicians
  • Control and distribution of costs for internal quality deviation reports

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical training, ideally further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman specialising in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • First professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Customer-orientated thinking and acting, sociability
  • Independent and structured way of working
