SPC AND QUALITY CONTROL SOFTWARE
Quick SPCTM is Marposs software for measurement acquisition, elaboration, display, industrial process quality control and real time SPC.
It runs directly on the gauging stations (industrial computers) but can be also installed on a networked PC for remote programming purposes.
Quick SPCTM can be provided with an optional additional "Glass Add-On", specifically developed for the necessities of the automotive Glass Industry.
Measurements can be easily and quickly programmed by importing the 3D glass drawing in IGES format.
The software also includes a "best-fit" calculation providing reliable information on the good/reject glass status, independently from the accuracy in positioning the glass on the fixture.
