Modular Measurement System

QUICK SET™ LINE

Quick Set is a modular measurement system consisting of standard and therefore easy to configure parts. It is designed for multi-dimensional and geometric checks of various types of parts (shafts, flanged parts, bushings, bearing rings, hubs, etc.).

The various accessories available for supporting the part allow for static and dynamic checks.

DESCRIPTION

Quick Set is a modular measurement system for multi-dimensional and geometric checks. It can be assembled in various configurations based on the part being checked.

Its architecture, designed to ensure a correct mechanical setup without any indicators or display units, allows for an easy reconfiguration and expansion of the bench as the type of part being checked changes.

The stiffness and accurate positioning of the measurement units is guaranteed by the 30 mm stainless steel bar system.

The narrow 12 mm width of the parts allows for a wide range of measuring sections in a small area of the part.

The various accessories available for supporting the part allow for static and dynamic checks.

For the measurements it can be used with any instrument with a clamping diameter of 8 mm or 3/8’’, such as measuring probes and digital displays

  • horizontal and vertical, for outside measurements on parts such shafts
  • chuck, for outside checks on parts that cannot be referred horizontally on V or between the points, such as bushings, bearing rings, hubs and cylindrical parts with flange
  • universal, for inside and outside check on cylindrical parts such as bushings, hubs and toothed wheels
