The TS30 Tool setter is a compact application for tool presetting on the bench of machining centers with an integrated interface.
It can be used for the following:
Faster cycle: the TS30 maintains good repeatability even with high touch speeds, allowing faster cycle times.
Well protected against coolants: the device sealing (IEC 60529) with protection rating IP67 guarantees top level performance even in a hostile machine environment.
Extremely reliable: the probe was designed to withstand very harsh operating conditions.
Special Probing Disk: the probing disk has a stainless steel centre which prevents the tools from being damaged during the measuring cycle for small tools.
Integrated interface: allows direct connection to the CNC, reducing installation times.
