HELIUM TEST BENCH FOR SHOCK ABSORBERS AND WHEELS

Our leak test benches for automotive suspensions are able to operate mechanically the component under test to locate and measure fine and gross leaks under working conditions. As a plus, a functional test can be carried out.

Upon request, they can be set up for interfacing with a conveyor that automatically manages the component loading/unloading operations.

Traceability is ensured by a PLC connection which stores the ID and model of the tested piece, while the software ensures the correct management of NOK parts.

Test pressures, rejection thresholds and productivity that our machines can reach may vary according to the technical specifications of the component and the production needs of the User.
