SMALL-PART METROLOGY


This article deals with the PicoThruvar through-the-spindle in-process ID measuring head for diameters down to 1 mm, air gages for deep holes, optical gages for OD down to 0.5 mm, the Mida OP32 compact probing system, the Mida Laser 75 Pico non contact tool-checking system and the M39s scanning system for OD and ID smaller than 1 mm.
