OPENING CEREMONY OF THE NEW PLANT IN SWITZERLAND

On May 29th and 30th, 2008, MARPOSS Switzerland inaugurated its new plant in Belp/Bern, with an open house event, which was attended by a significant number of visitors.

The new plant of 1200 sq.mt. has been built in accordance with the most recent construction criteria, paying particular attention to the energy saving as well as to the optimization of the working environment. This new plant is also a commitment to the location Switzerland, which traditionally has played a significant role for Marposs on the basis of the local innovation ability, the high technical requirements as well as the export-oriented attitude.

In the morning of May 29th the inaugural ceremony was attended by Mr. Stefano Possati and Mr. Edoardo Possati, President and Vice President of Marposs group, together with the Marposs top management. Guests of the ceremony were the local authorities, a delegation of the Italian Embassy in Switzerland as well as personalities from the world of business and finance. After the ceremony, the guests were invited to visit the building and the wide range of Marposs products exhibited. The morning was concluded with a lunch from the Italian buffet.
