Service Technician (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- You will commission, repair and maintain our measuring equipment for our customers
- You will recognise technical faults and find a safe and competent solution
- You will programme and modify software user programmes
- You will act as a competent contact person for interface clarification with partner or external companies during the commissioning phases
- You pass on your knowledge to our customers as part of training courses
- At trade fairs and exhibitions, you will support your colleagues in setting up our measuring equipment
- You will use your expertise to help your sales colleagues with technical questions
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering or electrical engineering - ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman; alternatively, you would also be happy to have a degree
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience as a service technician
- Knowledge of programming and commissioning Siemens S7 controllers is an advantage
- A good command of English will help you in your day-to-day work
- Due to your residence in the greater Hanover area, you are quickly on site with the customer
- You will round off your profile with a strong service orientation, an independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills and a class B driving licence
