Consultant (m/f/d) Business Law / Controlling - full-time or part-time

What you can expect

• Supporting the management with legal issues 
• Contract review (in German and English)
• Preparation and administration of non-disclosure agreements
• Project management and project controlling for cross-company and cross-departmental projects such as the introduction of CRM, ERP, e-business, risk management and compliance systems 
• B2B administration, support with digital business processes
• Assumption of special commercial tasks 
• Investment controlling of associated companies 
• Support with quarterly planning and reporting
• Preparation of special business analyses and various statistics
• Profit centre analyses and evaluations

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed studies in economics (ideally specialising in controlling or business law) or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a comparable field, preferably in industry or mechanical engineering
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience with an ERP system
• Structured and independent way of working
