Responsibilities

Employed in MARPOSS Headquarter ICT Department, the candidate will contribute to the management and technological support of the whole IT infrastructure of the company and MARPOSS Group (various systems and technologies) and coordinating the IT groups of other companies in the Group.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with some IT experience in a global multicompany context. Ideally, the candidate should be:

• enthusiast of information technology, in particular operating systems, networking, virtualization and cloud
• experienced in managing Linux and Windows OSes, both physical and virtual
• able to manage storage and backup systems
• able to manage logging and monitoring systems
• experienced of scripting on Unix and Windows
• confident about Active Directory or other Directory/IAM systems
• at home with basic networking and services (IPv4, bridging, static routing, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, NTP)
• able to manage complex systems, their integrations and troubleshooting
• able to produce documentation for architecture and operations
• incline to respect service levels documented by IT Service Management systems
• good in English language
• availability for occasional and short-term transfers

Aptitude in designing of solutions and integrations will be considered as a preferential requirement.

Optional, but appreciated plus:

• basic knowledge of programming and enterprise systems (JEE, .NET, K8S)
• basic knowledge of major database models (hierarchical, relational, graph, object, etc)
• it will be considered positively having obtained official certifications on operating systems, networking, ITSM (for example Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL)
