M1 WAVE

THE CONCEPT

Marposs presents M1 Wave, the new wireless bore gauge, designed for all customers considering as an obstacle, or simply as a discomfort, to use devices connected to the display unit through cable.
M1 Wave eliminates operating problems related to the cable, like:

• length limit
• entanglement
• breakage

leaving to the operator the freedom to work without movement limitations in the measurement process.

THE APPLICATION

M1 Wave is composed of a standard EBG plug gauge directly connected to a special handle housing the wireless (Bluetooth® wireless technology) transmitter and the power supply batteries. By pushing a button, real time measurement values are displayed on the receiving electronic unit, with the possibility to store the measurement data.

THE PERFORMANCES

M1 Wave is easy to operate and guarantees the same excellent performance you will find in the regular EBG wired version, guaranteeing 0.5 microns repeatability error, a frictionless mechanics and IP67 proofness. Moreover it offers the possibility to assembly different EBG plug gauges on the same wireless handle, to realize applications with the best price/performance ratio.
