Position:

Administrative Assistant

Location: Auburn Hills, MI - United States

Experience: Some clerical experience preferred.

This individual will assist with purchasing commercial components, preparing freight documents, take part in shipping and receiving, and general administrative duties

Responsibilities:

  • Answer main telephone number and front door for visitors
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Verify orders for correctness
  • Assist with the vehicle fleet database
  • Assist with physical inventory control
  • Assist with Facility management
  • Assist with accounting and HR tasks
  • Data Entry

Requirements:

  • Some Experience necessary
  • Associates Degree
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel a plus
  • Must be able to work independently and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skill
  • Excellent communication and written skills
