The ISO 14001 certification is the natural completion of a path that was started over thirty years ago.
In fact, Marposs has always placed the highest priority on environmental concerns and the need to operate in conjunction with the natural world. An excellent example is its purification system for the factory wastewater: a harmoniously functioning eco-system which uses natural means to clean wastewater. For this project, Marposs received the ERA environmental award in 1995, from Italy's Emilia-Romagna Region.
