All of the companies within the Marposs group are ISO 9001 certified.

Integrated certification for quality-environment-safety

Marposs Headquarters in Bentivoglio is certified for its integrated quality-environment-safety system, according to the following standards:
  • ISO 9001:2000 (Quality management systems)
  • ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental management systems)
  • OHSAS 18001:1999 (Occupational health and safety management systems)
These certifications are not only a proof of the capacity of the entire Marposs organization to assure the quality and reliability of its product and service, but also a guarantee that all the Marposs products are designed and manufactured in compliance with the strictest standards of work safety and environmental protection.

Metrology Lab accreditations

The calibration of measuring instruments and the certification of reference standards (masters) used for zero setting on Marposs equipment is performed in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 in our Metrology Laboratory accreditated by Italian Primary Metrological Institute (IMGC, Istituto di Metrologia Gustavo Colonnetti) as SIT Calibration Center N° 084. In several audits, Customers and Accreditation Bodies have confirmed the high level of competence of the Marposs Metrology Laboratory.
The Company pays special attention to the technical innovation in this sector and to the continuous improvement of instruments, personnel, environment and measuring procedures, because service quality derives from all that.

Acknowledgements and continuous improvement

Additional evidence of Marposs' commitment to global quality and service is given by important acknowledgements given by Customers, like:
  • the EAQF-94 certification of the French automotive industry
  • the Ford Q1 Award
  • the DaimlerChrysler Global Supplier Award for Manufacturing Goods and Services.
