CONCENTRATING SOLAR POWER (CSP) PANELS INSPECTION DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

VISprofile^TM is an optical measuring system to check the shape of parabolic mirrors in the manufacturing environment.

A light source, placed in the focal line, illuminates the parabolic panel and it's scanned by a camera.

The geometric shape of the panel, obtained by image reconstruction, is dispayed in a map graph, highlighting errors and deviations to the nominal form.
