E70T
MULTICHANNEL UNIVERSAL ELECTRONIC FOR THREADS NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST BY EDDY CURRENT PROBES
Thread inspection is a critical QC check in the industry and can be required after automated tapping operations.
Through dedicated sensors the Eddy Current technology is able to determine thread condition vs. no-thread condition.
Working principle:
When a sensor is inserted into tapped holes the eddy current induced in the surface will produce an analog voltage that is proportional to the radial distance. A wrong voltage signal will be an indication that holes were not correctly tapped.
A smart solution is to utilize the 4 channels new Marposs E70T system, a simple and "error proofing" instrument with the following features:
- Connectable to a standard range of sensors from M4 to M12 holes, (or to special design sensors for smaller or bigger diameters)
- 4 Led for a go/no-go test result located on the front panel
- Working frequency 40 Khz - 100 Khz
- Alphanumerical display
- 12 Optoinsulated I/O (4/Inputs - 8/Outputs)
