CS150 LINE
VIBRATION MONITORING
The CS150 line's systems use accelerometer sensors in order to monitor vibration and crashes during machining operations. According to ISO 2954 the velocity rms, in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 1000 Hz, is best the parameter used to perform a vibration monitoring. The acceleration value is instead exploited for machine/spindle crash detection. The CS150 line's systems handle and send alarm signals to the machine and could be coupled with both monoaxial or biaxial accelerometers. Analogue output, black box functions and FFT analysis are some relevant features included.
